I. SERVERS ARE FULL

This is a good thing. Whether the users playing are following the rules or not does not matter, they are playing and keeping the game servers full, which is what we want. We are not all here to judge users based on there actions, but we will moderate and keep users following the rules like always, but we can not just judge all users and ban them day 1 when the servers are full for someone elses convenience. Not everyone can play at once but we are working on improving the server quality and limit constantly, but remember there will always be times when it will be hard to connect or to laggy to play.

II. GOLD BOTS

Gold Bots still exist because people are paying for their services, if you want them gone do not promote them, do not purchase there services, ignore them. We are still working out a way to get rid of them from the game though, we do not want the game economy to go down the drain.

III. SPAMMERS

All users are spamming in game for several reason, even on the forums when users bump their posts and request the same thing over and over again. All we can do is moderate the community and keep it down over time. New programs to limit spam in game will take time, but if you have a suggestion please post it in the Player Suggestion section.

IV. DISCONNECTING

Random players are not disconnected, a variety of users in game with silk, without silk, afk, active have complained about disconnecting while others have never had the problem. This system is balanced and works for the benefit of all users not just PT ones. Do not tell me you are dcing every 5 mins?

V. PLAYER BOTS

We are working on balancing the amount of users taking advantage of Bot programs in game on top of our monthly Bot bans.

VI. EVENTS

The Easter event was skipped this year but we did not fail to try and entertain our users best we could. More events will be coming in the future especially new ones.

VII. PRICES

There is always a choice, don’t bot, don’t buy gold, do what is right and we will too. Leave the rest to time and honest playing to get the prices back down.

VIII. GMs

Our GMs go in game to take care of the Bots and check for in game issues within the community. We are there and working hard for you, sorry we have not been visible as much as users wanted, but hopefully we can change that in the future.


IX. SILK

Silk is a necessity to keep the game running and we will continue to improve the quality of the game to satisfy users who wish to support SRO. Hopefully we can change your mind sometime down the road.

This will not be a sticky, but if you want to add this to player suggestions with more detail on the suggestions, I would be happy to sticky it their.

Last thing please users limit your spam on the forums and in game as well the crude language, there is always an alternative, always a choice.

yep everyone blames them but its the big names at Korea that call the shots

what s/he said is this: they need silk buyers for the game to stay F2P . so all of us, i say us because i buy silk, keep it F2P for all of you, i say you meaning the non-silk buyers. All s/he said is that the more silk buyers the better the game CAN be

This actually makes me feel good. Now I know why I'm getting disconnected, and frankly, I don't have a problem with it. Random dc's keep the game going! The game will automatically disconnect someone if I want to play And I guess it disconnects inactive people more than actives, because sometimes I'll get dced if I'm doing nothing, but I hardly get dced when I'm doing something. And now, when I get dced while fighting, I usually don't die, so that's nice. It sucked when EVERY time you dced, you'd come back and be dead.

i had a feeling someone would say something about this. no comment on that matter it will turn the thread to a flame fest

that is probelly the smartest thing i have ever read dont matter from what company you hear that from that is truely smart answer espeshially when so many of their players are hypocrits and bot and buy gold then complain joymax dont do nothing
