Will Prices ever drop - updated with euro in mind

Prices are way too high. People are afraid to show off their level 64 sosun full blue weapon because if they stall it for 999,999,999 gold someone will buy it...

a lot of items hav dropped. For example, on Greece servers, when i was lvl 32 i bought a sos blade +3 for 10 mil back in November or December. Now they freakin worth like 5-8 mil :banghead:

prices will always be high if we still have large amounts of gold in the game, buying gold and events where JM give it away dont help.
so only thing to be done is to either have the NPC stalls sell sos items, basicly putting noob stallers out of business. or have a cap at which items can be sold

i bought a kickass lvl 52 glavie +3, crit 10, phys 87% for only 2mill ( :shock:

3 secs after that a guy comes up to me saying he wants to buy it for 2mill,
i'm like no... he says: well it isn't worth more then that because you bought it for that price...
he probally was in the same stall, how else could he know

so in that case i do have to say that prices are too low.
i'll prolly sell it for 4 mill or so because that's a normal price for such a glavie.

i sold 52+4 crit11 phy50+ glaive for 10m..
i asked him to offer me and he said 10m so i couldnt disagree with the customer

in some stalls u can find good deals though... u can find elixer weapon for 200k in venice or lower.. like 150/170.

i think prices are too high.. D8 str stone costs like what? 3M+?

i got my +5 lvl 56 glave, crit 7 for 8 million. and that was the chepest that i could find it for. rip off

I saw a few stalls on babel selling str tabs for 8D for like 2,5mil,and there was alot of them there.And lvl 56+5 glaive for only 8mil?usually thats around 13mil and so.

You should go to pacific

STR stone lvl 8 -- staring from 3mil up to 5
LUCKY stones lvl 8 -- starting from 5mil

And same stones for lvl 7 are max 800k

But sadly i must say my prices are always low but ppl really dont have money. Still

What the fak is going on ? Do really all waste money on what ? I covered in 4weeks from server start 100% ~50mil. No gold buying, no scamming, no boting.

But 4.5mil for sos blade 32+3 crit 5, str 4, 18 block isnt MUCH !
Also sos 67 crown for 13mil isnt much but... all offer max 5mil

LOLS.

Economy due to gold-bots really sux.

Of course there's a lot of noob who are overpricing items. SoS blade/sword 24 is like 2mil and sos 16 is also like 2mil on noob stalls. OMG. People. Think please! I understand sos bows 16. Yeah. But other items ? Hell no !

economy of a server is based on time and players.

how many rich players are there
how long has the server been online.

simple maths but anyone with decent marketing skills can get average of 100m each month, its not that hard to consider those sosun prices will be over 1b then especially for a server like babel.
This whole lvl 80 cap is just a joke anyway people rushed to 80 then finally found out this cap is totally no fun at all compared to the previous ones the only thing that you got is the new map.
Whenever we get new cap the prices will drop but anything 9d will have crazy prices.

well know with euro coming out next month and a new range of weapons
shortly after we can acpect prices to drop....but on the other hand i dont
think am wrong in saying that many people will be selling quite comman
and simple eurp drops for stupidl high prices during the first few weeks
as everyone will be the same lvl and wont one.

but while on the Chinese side of SRO we can expect prices to drop as we
know now that higher lvl weapons means that the current highest lvl are
not the highest and so their prices will drop.
but will this mean a drop in prices for all lvl of weapons and items?

Simply many ppl will migrate to Euro. No matter for how long, but most will be in need of money to buy soX for euro chars. Also simply economy shows:
less clients, lower price

As i said: believe me, prices will be lower after euro. Look how many botter sell their soX ultra cheap. They sell couse they need cash to sell, so less buyers, than lower the price for resellers, than lower price for end-clients.

Look at my previous post. It was 1month ago and:
sos 24 sword 2mil -> 3mil +0
sos 24 blade 2mil -> 3mil +0
sos bow 24 2mil -> 3-3.5m (easy) +0

sos 32 blade,bow, sword. spear +3 4.5m -> 8,9,10 depends on how good stats are +3
sos 32 shield +3 4m -> 5,6m +3 (more or less same price)
sos 16 sword, blade, glavie, spear +0 500-600k -> 1m-1.5m +0
wep. elixirs 100k -> to lowest ever 130k

on most stalls 160-220k.

All depends on economy which is also based on some player-waves.
When i wrote prev. post many botters were farming at 16 and many was 42,52+++
Now when all 95% of all server botters turned from 52 -> 64, and 64 -> 72+, many decided to start new chars. After them went gold comapnies. 2 weeks ago it wass hard to buy soX 2,3,4 degree. Now there is plenty of them

Summary: gold buyer, gold farmers and spoiled kids ruin economy. Not noobs. A experienced player wont buy sos 32 spear for 17mil !! (i saw it today +0).

ITS BECAUSE THEY EXPECT PEOPLE TO OFFER THEM PRICES!!

If someone has a 32 +3 sos glavie for 15 million, they expect people to send them a serious offer. And if someone just happens to buy it for that price, then its THEIR FAULT for buying it.

This is done alot by players will characters that havnt been a higher lvl before. Since they dont know what a good price is, they put it high, and wait for offers.

Also stop complaining.
If the prices go up, sell your items for that price, and stop complaining.

well yes...if not for one small problem...
SRO is full of idiots who dont comprehead these simple principles of
ecomonics

Euro prices, especial sox items will be very high as everyone will want
them and there are those out there that will explot this fact. i mean unless
you go to euro with a high lvl chinese character there will only be low lvl
sox items, but this still wont stop there being a high prices across the
borad.
Also keep in mind that a game like SRO has a certain type of player. i.e
stupid and prone to anger... meaning the people who sell items at stupidly
high prices just because someone else is and then insult you if you question
the high priceing
