I was looking through the stall network in Rome today, and I saw this spear, which wasn't much, but still a sos. And as a sos, I'd have expected it to fetch around 20-25m, but it wasn't. It was only 10m! Here's the stats on it:



I'm really liking the 4 luckies on there, and so I'll definitely use them all up. There's a couple things I'm unsure of though.. Whether or not I should add blues to it, and whether or not if I get it to +4, I should attempt +5.

My goal with this spear isn't to make it the best weapon I can for personal use, but rather flip it for the most money possible..

What do you think?

depending on the server, 10m isnt cheap

On greece, ive seen plenty of 42 sos +5 spears go for around 22 mil

Ive also seen a few 42 sos swords / blades +3/4 going for 11-13 mill

So you didn't get such a great deal...

As far as money goes, astral + immortal and go for +5. With those 4 luckies you should have no problem getting it to +5.

Nice whites cept for the mag reinforce.

And that Lucky 4 is just waiting for you to plus it!

As I said near the beginning, sos spears @ 6d are often 20-25m, I got it at half that. As far as astrals are concerned, I don't know how that's going to work out, seeing as I don't use silk.. Should I try to +5 it without hthem?

The way I see things, is by adding blues i only unlock the possibility of 5m more, while I could spend well over that on tabs/elements/stones.

Well if sos spear are 20m on your server, your being ripped off.

Since the release of euro and more importantly, power leveling, most people get plvld up to either lvl 40 or lvl 60. People who get plvld to lvl 40 usually dont have 20m for 6th degreee weapons, and thus the price falls. Also people who get power leveled to lvl 60 have no need for it.

Give it a month or so and the price of 6th degree and lower sos weapons will drop dramatically, they have in greece already. In greece i see constant 5th degree weapons selling for 3 mill.

If you dont want to astral it up, just keep plussing till those luckies are gone or just get it to +3/4 and sell it. Good luck.

you got a good deal...i bought my spear for 15mil..i thought it couldn't get cheaper...that is def a bargain...it is begging for +5
try it if you can make it +5 expect 25 to 30mil resale.

if you can blu it real nice maybe more~40mil

lol on olympus they are 25mil+ when i bought mine it was rare to find one for less than 30

lol 10m is the norm for a clean 42 sos spear in greece.

and its only worth getting it at that price if you're actually gonna use it.

couple weeks back, friend got a clean one for 8.8m.

My point exactly, thats why it said depending on server in my original post... seems like people tended to ignore that.

In the older servers, 6th degree stuff is common and worthless. In my honest opinion, anything below 7th degree isnt really worth pimping for re sale, too much risk for such a low potential market.

Though with that said, just keep going whilst the luckies are there as i said before.

Tbh that's exactly what I was theorizing before I bought it. But at a 2x return rate, I couldn't say no. Besides, I stall almost every night, and 10m isn't much to let slip out of my hands atm. I've decided to use up the luckies, and if I find 6d tabs that don't require too many expensive elements, I *may* try them out. I've never actually done alchemy below 7d (except 2/3d for farming) either, for the very same reason, so I don't really know their requirements 1 or 2 int could make all the difference, in more than 1 way.

Even on Alps which is an older server, a lvl 42 sos goes for 25 mil, I think you got a great deal

Phew. It's now at the same mag atk as a +7 sos sword 6d I saw fr 50m =| THat alone is scaring me from going to +5 without an astral.. The luckies got used in the 1st 3 +'s too, so I'm assuming it would've failed without them = not such a lucky wep.

Should I go for the last +?

2 luckys down for +3? I wouldnt dream of +5'ing it. On Oasis that spear would fetch you around 15-20m. Good buy for 10m imo.

I am on babel, is one of the oldest servers and they dont sell them for less then 20mill lately. If they are +5 they even ask 25-30 for it. That is not being ripped of, every server has his own economical system. They ask 20mill for it because we on babel can actually afford it we are rich people lol
