Wizzard Build

Hi
I'm in the process of making another new character....number I dont know! I would like to get this one right...I have one question..I have just started to build a wizzard im level 14 now.
Is Wiz/cleric the best build or should I use something else instead of cleric???

Cleric is a perfect subclass for a wizard.
Go for it

But remember you'll need to collect many skillpoints to max both wizard and cleric.

for wizard i rather go bard you are a 1 hitting machine you need the speed and noise rather more than the cleric buffs.

actually, i think cleric would be useful so that you can tank the parties and giants that may spawn, instead of running away

I tried a cleric up till lvl 65 when I realized that for all the SP I spent, it didnt help as much as I would have hoped. My reason was this; more often than not, I was hit when casting bless or heal or recovery division. Even if I got them off, it turned me from a 1 hit kill to a 2 hit kill at most. So from 65 to 68 I did cursed heart quests in order to get myself leveled up as a bard. Now at lvl 76 I havent looked back. The extra speed and the Noise buff are all you need to stay alive in most situations. But still its best to learn to pick your fights, because now you are a 1 hit kill

On the plus side, wizards level very fast and are fun to job with once you get the hang of it.

really depends on what you want to do, I picked cleric since im more into PVP and Job wars, and it does help alot, plus if your a team player you can res also.

you are not supposed to tank as wizard. :cry:

Both warlock and cleric are better for PvP, simply because you can aways buy speed pots if you need it, but you can't really get bless spell pots. Switching to bard and just being a bard is useful, and more so than it;s use of just strenthening your own char, because of the tambours, but a cleric is much better to strengthen your char in PvP, and the more clerics you have in a PvP party the better it is, because of the bless spell and rez capabilities.

A wiz/cleric usually beats a wiz/bard, and a cleric is a better asset than a bard, but a wiz/warlock would kill both of them at the same time..lol.

if u take bard u will grind very speedy and u will get noise so mobs can not attack u but if u c a pt mob or giant u must run away
about cleric (i c its better) u will tank a pt mob and a giant with recovery division and bless spell and u will get robes so u will be already speedy
